Rules

1. Professionalism

   Act with the utmost professionalism in game and out of it. It matters most during Joint OPS with other units.

2. Respect, humility, honesty

   All three are paramount.

3. No racist or stereotypical remarks

   Of any kind. Being caught or reported can mean a demotion or a Dishonorable Discharge.

4. Use the chain of command

   Take questions to lower NCOs first, such as your Ashen or Bandmaster. Higher leadership gets brought in when it's needed.

5. Train and stay informed

   Train regularly, and use Discord, TeamSpeak and the roster for unit information.

6. No advertising

   Don't advertise anything without leader permission.

7. Leave the Foundling kit as issued

   Foundlings get a set kit that must not be altered in game. It keeps extremely dangerous items out of new hands.

8. Answer your messages

   When someone in the unit messages you, reply or at least react so they know you've read it, especially your BandMaster or RallyMaster.

9. File your LOAs

   Submit an LOA in the proper channel for every op you can't attend. Missing 3 or more in a row needs an ELOA.
